Well it's about stinkin' time they announced the 2006 Tour de France Winner! After all, the 2007 TdF is done and won. This whole thing is a huge fall from grace for Floyd Landis, but today's yellow jersey holder is a worthy recipient. Oscar Pereiro is the sixth Spanierd to win the TdF, with the first being Federico Bahamontes in 1959.
